Josie made the most of the spring heatwave by stripping off to a blue bikini on a fun outing with a mate.

She was seen cooling off by taking a quick dip in the water and larking about with her pal.

The TV star seemed to get hunger pangs during the trip and was seen munching some crisps.

During the day out, Josie played a game of frisbee and had a kickabout with a ball.

It comes just days after Josie admitted she’s put on weight recently after her diet went “off the rails”.

After a fan on Twitter thanked her for helping her slim down, Josie replied that her own healthy eating regime needed a rejig.

She said: “You’ve given me some inspiration… I need to get back on track. Gone off the rails lately.”

Last month, Josie said she’s put on three stone due to a hormone-related health crisis.
